The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District educational Officers in the state is invited to the subject above, it is informed that a new module was developed for mapping of classes & Sections, Class & Teacher and subjects & teachers and twisted their respective school logins under Services under label “Class Student And subject Mapping”.

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are instructed to issue necessary instructions all the Mandal Educational Officers Headmasters in their respect district for mapping of classes & Sections, Class & Teacher and subjects & teachers and the said task should be completed by 20-03-2018 without fail. Day wise reports will be enabled at cse.ap.gov.in. User manual is appended for ready reference.
The said Updation has to be done by the concerned DDO from the login provided and the sole responsibility lies on the verification officer. Deviation in the instructions will be viewed seriously.
