YSR JALA KALA Scheme Apply For Free Bore Wells To Farmers, Eligibility, and Benefits  :-Andhra Pradesh government has recently announced the YSR Jala Kala Yojana. Under this scheme, the Andhra Pradesh government is going to dig up free of cost borewells for farmers of the state. Apply For Free Bore Wells To Farmers:

Farmers have to apply for this scheme through the village volunteers in their respective area & through online as well. Applications made by farmers are scrutinized by the VRO (Village Revenue Officer) at the village secretariat level. From there, the DWMA (District Water Management Agency) Assistant Project Director sends the applications to a geologist in advance for a groundwater survey & later it will be given administrative approval for the application as soon as it is technically reviewed & approved by the Department of Geology. However, before drilling the borehole, a hydro-geological survey is carried out on the farmer’s field following the laying of the bore. Following the permit, the contractor will drill boreholes at the site. The bills are paid to the contractor depending on the success rate of the boreholes.

Eligibility Details For YSR JALA KALA Scheme:

  • The Farmer’s beneficiaries must have 5 acres of land to Five acres of land only to avail this scheme benefit. If the farmers have less than 5 acres of land or more than 5 acres of land, they must collaborate with the neighbor’s land and lay the free borewell.
  • The Farmers must be a permanent citizen of Andhra Pradesh and they must have a white ration Card.
  • The Farmers who have to lay the borewell in their land previously will eligible for this scheme if the borewell fails.
  • Beneficiaries who have already constructed the borewell in their land will not eligible for this scheme.
  • This scheme Offer can be availed only once per Farmer.
  • The government employees like state or Central who have 5 to 5 acres of land will not allow applying for this scheme offline or online.
  • The First Priority will be given to the Small, Marginal, SC/ ST/ Women Farmers.

How to apply for YSR Jalakala Scheme Offline?

  • Farmers have to apply for Free Borewell Scheme by visiting the Village Volunteer and through the Online as well.
  • To apply for the YSR Jala Kala Scheme Offline, the farmers must contact the village Volunteers and Collect the application form.
  • And, Fill the details of the applicants like Farmer Name, Father Name, Name of the village, Mandal, District, Address, Mobile Number, White Ration Card number, Number of Acres, Aadhar Card Number, and etc.
  • After filling the details, applicants must attach the Address Proof, Land Passbook First, 2nd Page, Aadhar Card, Ration Card and etc.
  • Then, beneficiaries can lay the signature or Tump print on the application form and submit it to the VRO officer.
