TSRJC officials will be solely responsible for selecting aspirants for Counselling. The list of candidates who will attend the counselling will be made available on the official website. Candidates can look up their names on the official websites. The students are then summoned for TSRJC 2023 Phase 1 Counselling. This counselling will be conducted in a 1:5 ratio. Candidates will be shortlisted for the TSRJC 2023 Phase 1 Counselling based on their performance in the entrance exam. Students are notified to attend counselling via SMS or email, depending on the information they provided at the time of registration.

Candidate instructions:
The following instructions are given to candidates who are attending admissions counselling.
Candidates shortlisted for admission counselling were given instructions. Candidates are called for admission counselling in all categories at a 1:5 ratio to available seats. As a result, admission is not guaranteed for all shortlisted candidates. Admission will be granted on the basis of merit and the reservation rule.
ELIGIBILITY:
In March 2023, the candidate must have passed the qualifying examination on the first try. OC candidates must have a minimum GPA of 6 in SSC or equivalent examination, while BC, SC, and ST candidates must have a minimum GPA of 5. Telugu Medium candidates who choose English Medium must have a minimum GPA of 5 in English in their qualifying examination, i.e. SSC.

Candidates who have qualified for the entrance exam are now the first to register for counselling applications using their name, CET exam rank, Aadhar card number, and so on.
Filling Options:
Following the completion of the registration process, department officials post the college’s list on the official portal. Officials have compiled a college list based on your ranking. Candidates should fill out their desired college and course information and submit it.
Seat Allocation:
After completing the selection process, department officials will release the college and course based on your rank. Aspirants who are not interested in attending that college are now applying for the second round of counselling.
