Qualifying Scores for the TS LAWCET 2023
The qualifying percentage mark for obtaining a TS LAWCET rank is 35%. (42 out of 120 marks). There will be no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates.
The qualifying marks are the ones that candidates must achieve in order to be admitted.
The qualifying scores are determined by the conducting authority based on the number of applicants who took the exam and the difficulty level of the exam paper.

Merit List for TS LAWCET 2023
For all qualifying candidates of the TS LAWCET 2023, the conducting body will create a TS LAWCET merit list 2023. It will be determined based on the candidates’ exam scores. If two or more candidates receive the same score, the tie-breaking criteria will be used to determine the merit ranks.
Tie-Breaking Criteria for the TS LAWCET 2023
- Candidates can use the previous year’s tie-breaking criteria to get an idea of how merit ranks will be determined for candidates with identical TS LAWCET scores.
- Candidates who score higher in Part C will be promoted.
- If the tie remains, the candidate with the higher Part B score will be ranked higher.
- If the tie remains, the candidate who is older in age will be considered.
