Marking Scheme for NEET 2020:

• The total question paper of NEET 2020 comprises of 180 questions
• Weightage of the examination is 720 marks
• Questions that have not been marked won’t be counted while calculating the marks
• Questions, where more than one response has been marked, will be treated as incorrect
• Each question carries four mark in NEET 2020
• Hence, every correct answer in NEET 2020 will fetch four marks
• There is a penalty of one mark for every incorrect answer
• Questions that have not been marked won’t be counted while calculating the marks

Formula to calculate NEET 2020 marks:

1. Count the total number of correct responses
2. Count the total number of incorrect responses
3. the number of questions that were omitted by you

Marks obtained = 4(total number of correct responses)-total number of incorrect responses
