Guidelines of Phase 2 Municipal Teachers Transfers 2018

AP Municipal Teachers Transfers అప్లికేషన్ www.cdma.ap.gov.in ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా పూర్తి చేయవలసి ఉన్నది. సంబంధిత పత్రాలను attested చేయించి సబ్మిట్ చేయవలసి ఉన్నది. జిల్లా మెడికల్ బోర్డు జారీచేసిన మెడికల్ సర్టిఫికెట్, సర్వీస్ సర్టిఫికెట్ కమిషనర్ గారిచే జారీ చేయబడినది అప్ లోడ్ చేయవలసి ఉన్నది. పదో తరగతి ఫలితాల్లో ఉత్తమ రిజల్ట్ తెచ్చిన ఉపాధ్యాయులకు, మ్యూచువల్, లీగల్ గా విడిపోయిన వారికి వితంతువులకు బదిలీల ప్రాధాన్యత ఉంటుంది.

• 1). 8సంవత్సరాలు సర్వీస్ పూర్తిచేసుకున్న టీచర్లు, 5 సంవత్సరాలు పూర్తి చేసుకున్న ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు తప్పని సరి బదిలీలు లేవు.
• 2). తేది.30/06/2018 నాటికి 2 సంవత్సరాల సర్వీసు పూర్తి చేసుకున్న వారు బదిలీలకు అర్హులు.
• 3). సర్వీసు నిబంధనల ప్రకారం ఒకే జిల్లాలో గల అన్ని మునిసిపాలిటీలు ఒక యూనిట్ గాను, కార్పొరేషన్లు ఒక యూనిట్  గాను బదిలీలు చేయనున్నారు.
• 4). ఏప్రిల్ 30 వ తేదీ నాటికి సంవత్సరం పూర్తి  కాలానికి 0.5 సర్వీస్ పాయింట్ కేటాయించారు.
• 5). ఎన్.సి.సి ఆఫీసర్స్ మరియు భారత్ స్కౌట్స్ అండ్ గైడ్స్ ఆఫీసర్స్ పనిచేస్తున్న వారికి అదే యూనిట్ లో గల ఖాళీ లోనికి బదిలీ చేయబడతారు.
• 6). ప్రస్తుత సాధారణ బదిలీలలో  “బదిలీ తప్పనిసరి కాదు. ఐశ్చికం మాత్రమే”.

షెడ్యూలు వివరాలు:

• 1) Submission of Application to Online or Related Commissioners: 3 days (from 17-01-2019 to 19-01-2019.)
• 2) Regional Director from Municipalities Municipal Administration (RDMA) Expiration: 2 days (from 20-01-2019 to 21-01-2019)
• 3) To finalize RDMA / VMC / GVMC lists: 3 days (from 22-01-2019 to 24- 01-2019)
• 4) Transfer counseling: 4 days (from 25-01-2019 to 29-01-2019)

1. 1st day – for primary and secondary schools principals
2. 2nd Day – for School Assistants
3. For 3 Day-Grade-2 LPs and PETs
4. 4th day – for secondary grade teachers and equal cadet teachers

• 5) Proceedings issued: 2 days (from 30-01-2019 to 31-01-2019)

The last date for applying online is 19-01- 2019.

Therefore, the Undersigned has decided the following procedure to submit transfer applications through online in the CDMA Website @www.cdma.ap.gov.in:-

• i). Eligible Teachers can apply transfer request through online form 17.01.2019 to 19.01.2019 as per following Procedure:-
• ii), Teachers will fill all the relevant details in the application form available in www.cdma.ap.gov.in @ Teachers Transfers -2018 Application Form (Phase-II).
• iii). After entering the details and on submission, an unique register Number (URN) will be generated to the Teacher.
• iv) All the Teachers will ensure the filled details carefully before generating the URN No. Since once URN No. generated, there will not be any possibility for editing.
• (v) Acodingly, the Teacher details will be saved in PDF format @ details Saved successfully (pop-upp)
• vi). The Teacher can Download the PDF document@ Download PDF button at Top of the page. PDF cannot be downloaded if the window is closed.
• vii). After downloading the PDF application form, the Teacher shall submit the same with signature along with all supporting attested documents i.e, certificates of preferential categories – (a) to (g) issued by the District Medical Board except (b) and (c) and service certificate etc., to the Municipal Commissioner concerned.
• viii) After receipt of online generated application form together with necessary certificates from the applicant, the concerned Commissioner has to submit the same to the RDMA concerned, VMC, GVMC concerned in full shape with vacancy position, Service Certificate, No Allegation Certificate, No Due Certificate, certificates of preferential categories, as the case may be from 20.01.2019 to 21.01.2019, without fail.
